ティーチャー・エリカは、フィリピン出身の国家資格を持つ正規教員(Licensed Professional Teacher)です。ブラカン州立大学で中等教育(理科)の学士号を優等(Cum Laude)で取得しました。TEFL認定に加え、カナダ・アルバータ州の幼児教育者資格も保有しています。直近では、イシドロ・デ・セビリア統合学校で初等部リードティーチャーに昇進し、同僚教師のメンタリングやカリキュラム計画を主導してきました。教室での深い経験と確かなリーダーシップをSILAにもたらします。遊びを通じた学び(プレイベース・ラーニング)と早期リテラシー教育に情熱を注ぎ、小さな子どもたちが「学ぶ楽しさ」に出会えるようサポートすることを何よりも大切にしています。創造的で温かく、抜群の準備力を持つエリカは、子どもたちの心にずっと残る先生です。

Teacher Erika is a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines who graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Sciences from Bulacan State University. She holds TEFL certification and an Early Childhood Educator Certificate from Alberta, Canada. Most recently promoted to Primary Lead Teacher at Isidore de Seville Integrated School — where she mentored fellow teachers and led curriculum planning — Erika brings both classroom depth and genuine leadership to SILA. She is passionate about play-based learning, early literacy, and helping young children discover the joy of learning. Creative, warm, and exceptionally prepared, she is the kind of teacher children remember.
